ARRAN The Sauternes Cask Finish

This single malt was finished in sauternes casks donated by an artisan producer of this renowned sweet white wine. Master Blender James MacTaggart carefully monitored this “second maturation” to ensure the right balance between the contribution of the sauternes casks and the sweet, fruity character representative of Arran. Bottled at 50% abv to maximize the concentration of aromas and flavors, unchill-filtered and without colorants, this rich, fruity single malt is perfect for a digestif, with its notes of spice, honey, nuts and yellow and orchard fruits.
