From the Knockdhu distillery, founded in 1894 near Knock Hill (known to locals by the Gaelic name anCnoc), this single malt has been matured in the highest quality sherry casks. Bottled without coloring or chill-filtering, it reveals a delicate peat reminiscent of a campfire, combined with rich notes of creamy vanilla and honey-coated apples. A smooth and complex whisky that asserts itself in modernity, coming from a small distillery with very traditional methods.
