The Marula fruit is hand picked, the skin and stone removed, only the white pulp is fermented and distilled to form Marula. It is essential that the fresh Marula pulp is crushed and distilled as quickly as possible to retain its fresh, fruity flavours. This complex and delicate spirit is then distilled with botanicals - soft and subtle notes of juniper berries and orange blossom perfectly complement the exotic marula fruit, resulting in a balanced and refreshing gin. This gin has a unique character thanks to its African character and can be enjoyed by all gin lovers, dry or with a tonic.
