The almonds, carefully roasted for a long time, are then macerated and distilled before being enhanced with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa, and a hint of coffee. Concentrated and then carefully diluted, Adriatico Zero preserves the quality of the original taste. Finally, a pinch of salt sourced directly from the Margherita di Savoia salt flats adds a delicate touch that evokes the nearby Adriatic Sea. With half the sugar of a classic amaretto, Adriatico Zero offers an authentic and refined alternative.

Nose : Intense and indulgent, it opens with bitter almond, caramel, tonka bean, pepper, vanilla, and a floral hint of gardenia.

Appearance : Acajou.

Palate : Silky and syrupy, both rich and fresh, with notes of roasted almond, frangipane, ripe banana, citrus, cocoa, and cherry pit.

Overall : Long and oily, featuring maraschino cherry, coffee, hazelnut, pine resin, gingerbread, with herbal and woody touches and a pinch of salt.
