This extended maturation gives the amaretto greater depth and complexity while preserving its distinctive character and almond-driven profile. The grappa cask ageing brings a drier, more structured dimension, complemented by delicate notes of oak, vanilla and subtle mineral nuances. A more sophisticated and distinctive expression of Adriatico Amaretto, limited to just 1,230 individually numbered bottles. This exclusive edition showcases the meeting of Adriatico’s amaretto expertise with Bonollo’s grappa-making heritage.
