Adriatico Zero embodies the new generation of alcohol-free amaretto liqueurs. Made from a distillate of roasted almonds from Puglia, it is created using 100% natural Italian ingredients. The long-roasted almonds are then macerated and distilled, before being enhanced by notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa and a hint of coffee. Concentrated, then carefully diluted, Adriatico Zero preserves the quality of the original taste. Finally, a pinch of salt straight from the Margherita di Savoia saltworks adds a delicate touch that evokes the nearby Adriatic Sea.
