Like all the artisanal cachacas, it has a very broad aromatic palette, characterised in particular by aromas of flowers, banana and freshly cut grass.
Nose : at first smooth and mineral, with fresh sugar cane and hot sand, it evolves notes of freshly cut grass, honey and peaches.
Palate : mellow and balanced, with a combination of white and yellow fruit and earthy notes, bound together with honey.
Overall : medium length, slightly astringent, mineral and herbaceous.
