Created in 1946 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Taffel, the house's flagship cuvée, Aalborg Jubilaeum is a simple, elegant, highly aromatic eau-de-vie marked by notes of coriander, aniseed and lemon. The product's aromatic profile is totally different from that of Taffel, as it is unmatured, without caraway, and the color of the liqueur comes from infusion in oak casks. Like all aquavits, it is a perfect accompaniment to fish, duck and chicken dishes. Serve slightly chilled.
