Maturation : Dynamic maturation in the finest casks Sherry Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez and red wine casks.
Nose : Flavored and rich with notes of sandalwood, almond candy, orchard fruit and spicy notes.
Palate : Rich and creamy with expressions of dried fruit, dates and dark chocolate.
Overall : Spicy and unctuous, rich and complex with notes of cocoa nibs.
