STRATO was born from the idea of creating an innovative spirit around a universal ingredient: the pistachio. Unlike traditional pistachio liqueurs, often heavy creams overly sweet and hard to use in cocktails, STRATO stands out with a subtle distillate focused on freshness. Made from Sicilian AOC Pistacchio Verde di Bronte with a low sugar content,
it breaks away from conventional codes. Both visually and on the palate, STRATO tells a story of contrasts: the refined sweetness of pistachio expressed in the liquid against the raw minerality of the volcanic soil where it grows, captured on the bottle.
