Nose : elegant and discrete, dry overall, it opens to faraway and delicate note of smoke t be then layered by suave and smoky notes. First the spiral of smoke getting closer to present a more flavoured character, while there are delicious suave aromas drifting. A fresh note cross the layers in order to compete with the edge of sweet mint, and syrupy citrus edge. Showing up towards the end, subtle notes of cocoa, vanilla and smoky wood._x000D_
Palate : marvelous at its natural potential. Suave and drying. The omnipresent smoke becomes thicker, along with complex spices and botanicals. _x000D_ _x000D_
Overall : lingering, refreshing and complex. Instantly appealing and sweet : caramelized apple, lemon zest and ripe red apple.
