Since 2011, Planteray Rum's Single Casks have offered a new selection each year of bespoke rums bottled from unique casks around the world. Benefitting from Planteray Rum’s signature “Double Ageing” technique these casks experience Tropical & Continental environments before undergoing a unique third maturation in a specially selected cask. Globally renowned for his expertise in ageing spirits, our founder and master blender, Alexandre Gabriel is also famous for his curiosity and appetite for experimentation. The Single Casks collection is a perfect expression of this creativity and desire to partner with like-minded producers. The friendships he has forged over the years have led to collaborations with major houses, featuring their shared passion for exceptional artisanal products and building delicious links between terroirs, wines and spirits.
