In the heart of Paris, La Maison du Whisky and La Maison du Saké have created a unique location dedicated to Japanese spirits and gastronomy, bringing together the gourmet restaurant ERH (Eau-Riz-Homme), the Golden Promise whisky and cocktail bar, but also a boutique offering a selection of over 650 whiskies and spirits from across the world, as well as 100 different sake from the best Japanese producers.

Cocktail Bar
In an intimate setting, the Golden Promise offers two separate rooms with their own ambiance. The Cocktail Bar is dedicated to contemporary whiskies and other spirits with a focus on cocktails, from timeless classics to original creations.
The Collector Room
The Collector Room is dedicated to tasting rare whiskies, with over 1,000 bottlings, of which most are nearly impossible to find elsewhere. Single malts are of course a major focus, with an impressive selection of old scotch and Japanese offerings, but also some historical pure malts and blended whiskies, which tell a tale of another era.

Water, Rice and Man are the three components essential to sake brewing. Inspired by the Japanese know-how and French terroir, the gourmet restaurant ERH aims to bring together these two worlds and their flavours, while featuring the incredible versatility of sake.
The Chef
Ryuichi Utsumi was trained in Japanese cuisine in his native country, eventually specialising in sushi. Drawn by French gastronomy, he decides to move to Paris. Relying on his diverse experiences and knowledge, Ryuichi Utsumi offers a unique menu, designed as an invitation to travel between France and Japan.
Sake Workshops
A comprehensive initiation to the world of sake! Cover every facet of the historical Japanese alcohol, from its origins to its ingredients or production methods, through a special tasting. A great way to discover the different sake styles from across Japan.
