A blend of 4 casks dating from 1986, 1988 and 1990 – three of them sherry casks and one an American oak cask – this single malt is both a leap into the past and the promise of a bright future for the distillery. Indeed, this intoxicating whisky sweeps us into an avalanche of fruity and spicy flavours, all wrapped in softness and roundness, thereby showcasing the work of Koki Takehira, master distiller of Shinshu.
