    Distil Your World Paris marks the fifth release in the collaboration between The Macallan and the Roca brothers. This limited-edition single malt pays tribute to Paris, capturing its art de vivre, culinary heritage and timeless elegance. Created by Master Whisky Maker Kirsteen Campbell, it distils the city’s iconic aromas and flavours through a refined combination of sherry, bourbon and cognac casks. A contemporary and sensory expression of Paris in a glass.

    Nose : Immediately elegant, with notes of freshly baked almond croissants and rose perfume. Syrupy nectarines follow, layered with sandalwood and delicate hints of vanilla pods.

    Appearance : Lever de soleil parisien.

    Palate : Rich, buttery pastry, with clear notes of brioche and the sweetness of sugared almonds. A fruity burst of peach melba evolves into flavours of creamy mille-feuille and gentle toasted oak.

    Overall : Soft spices and comforting oak intensify, delivering a sophisticated and long-lasting finish.
