It will be a few more years before they can distil whisky, so they have put all their energy into creating a gin that is entirely based on Edinburgh's talent, heritage and industry, as well as that of its historic distillation district, Leith. For all their products, the key word is "balance". The 96% base alcohol is redistilled with a carefully chosen recipe involving seven botanicals so as to ensure that each of them works in delicate harmony._x000D_
