Nose : The whisky opens with warm, spicy notes of cinnamon and cedar, followed by indulgent touches of raisin and plum jam. A subtle hint of salted plum and jujube (Chinese red date) adds complexity, while brown sugar and toasted dried fruit enrich the profile.
