Laizhou Bourbon Cask is the distillery's first peated single malt, made entirely from Scottish peated malt (25–40 ppm phenols), aged exclusively in first-fill American bourbon casks, and non-chill filtered to preserve the whisky’s pure peated character. This expression reveals a gentle smokiness reminiscent of grilled bacon and charred wood, harmonized by creamy vanilla sweetness. Underneath, a solid malty structure brings depth and balance.
