With this first Single Cask, selected exclusively for France, we have decided to explore the influence of the Amarone cask – an Italian red wine made from grapes dried on racks, offering a truly unique bouquet.
The influence of rye smoked with alder wood offers deep notes, which perfectly complement the dry style of the rye whisky with hints of rye bread, vanilla, honey and wax. The Amarone cask brings unrivalled richness, comprising black fruits, candied fruits and a delicate sweetness.
