Produced by The Kyoto Distillery, Kinobi, which means “the beauty of the seasons” is Japan’s first gin. It is produced from a rice spirit in which juniper, Hinoki wood chippings (a variety of Cypress), fruit, spices, flowers and local herbs, including yellow yuzu, sansho pepper and Uji gyokuro tea, have been macerated. Fushimi water, considered to be some of the purest in Japan, is used for bottling. This limited edition pays tribute to Mr Takao Mori, who recently celebrated his 70th birthday and 50 years as a bartender. It is a blend of six spirits produced from 11 varieties of plants. To ensure harmony, these spirits were married together for longer than usual._x000D_
