Tasting notes
Nose : riche, onctueux. Il évoque la tourbe grasse presque huileuse et la cendre. De plus en plus torréfié, il dévoile au fur et à mesure les fruits mûrs (poire, prune).
Palate : plutôt sèche, elle est marquée par des notes de café. Finement boisée, elle se développe sur le chocolat noir et la réglisse.
Overall : fine, équilibrée. La tourbe se fait plus présente. Dotée d’une amertume rafraîchissante, elle est marquée par le cuir et les épices douces.
