Maturation: it then undergoes a period in new American oak barrels to develop woody notes, vanilla, coconut and toasted almond. Gun's Bell reveals powerful, gourmet aromas, releasing a flood of incomparable flavours, with both fruity and smoky notes.
Nose : Complex, dominated by woody and candied fruit aromas. After airing, pronounced notes of cocoa, cinnamon, coconut, tangerine and honey in an elegant power.
Appearance : brune avec de légers reflets dorés
Palate : Supple and delicate, the primary flavours of sugar cane blend nicely with woody notes and cocoa, cinnamon and coconut.
