This tequila with extra anejo is made entirely using the Tahona process, an ancient method where a large wheel made of volcanic stone slowly crushes agave. Gran Patron Piedra is then aged for more than 3 years in new American and French oak barrels. The precious liquid, bottled in a crystal decanter, has a rich and complex profile, combining a herby flavour of agave with a light touch of vanilla and fresh mushrooms.
