Distilled in April 2005 and bottled in January 2026, this whisky spent two full decades maturing in a single European oak Oloroso Sherry Hogshead. A true "sherry bomb," it boasts an extremely dark and intense natural color. This edition is strictly limited to 327 bottles. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 52.7% ABV, without chill filtration, this Glenrothes offers a masterful demonstration of the interaction between the distillery's textured spirit and a highly rich sherry cask.

Nose : Deep and charming. An avalanche of red berries (cherry, raspberry) and dried fruits (raisins, figs), enveloped by notes of leather, black tea, and cinnamon.

Palate : Thick and oily, with perfectly integrated alcohol. It reveals opulent jammy red fruits that shift towards dark chocolate, tobacco leaves, roasted coffee beans, and black pepper.

Overall : Long and warming. It dries slightly on woody notes, black pepper, espresso, and a touch of pecan.
