GLEN ELGIN 15 years 2011 BRL

Founded in 1898 near Rothes in Speyside, Glen Elgin produces a spirit renowned for its fruity character and generous texture. Its profile typically combines orchard fruits, honey and malted cereals, with a rounded character that gains depth through maturation. Relatively discreet as an official single malt, the distillery often reveals another side of its personality through independent bottlings. Selected by Decadent Drinks for its Decadent Drams range, this 2011 vintage Glen Elgin aged 15 years matured in a Barrel. This maturation places the natural personality of the spirit at the forefront, allowing its fruit and malty sweetness to shine. Pear, peach and honey meet vanilla, citrus and almond in a fresh, rounded and balanced profile.
