This artisanal gin comes from Brittany and more precisely the Golfe du Morbihan. Well balanced, roundness and long finish, Gin56 takes his taste and qualities thanks to 9 herbs and botanicals sourced across France and Europe. The distillation takes several hours in copper still specifically made for the distillery by Holstein in Germany. A refined wheat alcohol serves as the base for the distillate, angelica, coriander, juniper, bay leaf, pink pepper, lemon, bitter orange, liquorice and cardamom bring the subtle flavours of citrus and spices.
