With its 21 years of maturation, Supernum is to date the oldest rum in the range. The blend brings together rums aged exclusively in ex-bourbon casks and rums that have undergone a double maturation, first in ex-bourbon casks and then in ex-Pineau des Charentes casks. Distilled using a combination of copper double retort pot still and twin column Coffey still, these rums express the distinctive Foursquare signature. Extended tropical ageing in Barbados brings depth and complexity, while the maturation in Pineau des Charentes casks adds an elegant, fruity dimension to the aromatic profile.

Nose : Rich and complex, opening with notes of ripe and candied fruits, plum and apricot, complemented by sweet spices and a delicate touch of vanilla. Well-integrated oak brings depth and elegance.

Palate : Full-bodied and silky, revealing notes of dried fruits, caramel and dark chocolate, supported by fine oak and warm spices. A beautiful balance between richness and freshness gradually develops.

Overall : Long and elegant, lingering on notes of candied red fruits and plum, with a touch of cinnamon and walnut, before revealing a delicate wine-like note imparted by the maturation in Pineau des Charentes casks.
