Collaborating with Adam Spiegel of California's Sonoma Distilling Company, East London Liquor Company have blended their own London Rye whisky aged in a variety of casks, including ex-peated and barrel-aged gin, with finishes in ex-PX and Oloroso casks, with Sonoma's unique blend of Bourbons. The result is a one of a kind whisky showcasing the distinctiveness of both distilleries.
