Nose : Concentrated, elegant. Essence of fig mingles with grape stalks. Scents of white flowers and incense. The secondary nose gives preference to fresh fruit (pomelo, watermelon). A pleasant note of rancio recalls cherries in brandy, becoming kirsch-like.

Palate : Balanced, firm. The palate is dominated by a delicious sweetness with hints of spice (white pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg) and notes of chocolate and black truffle.

Overall : A long parade of bright mauve flowers (lilac, violets, lavender). Crushed apricot stones emerge, with extremely concentrated sugars. Notes of lime and angelica bring freshness.
