CAOL ILA 1984 Aged 30 Years 5th Edition Signatory Vintage

Single cask (#2763) from Caol Ila distilled in 1984 and bottled at cask strength in 2015 after ageing in a hogshead. It is a bottling of the Artist range, created in 2011 by La Maison du Whisky. Each year, a team from La Maison du Whisky travels to Edradour to select casks from different distilleries in the Signatory Vintage cellars. These casks are bottled one by one without reduction, chill filtration or colouring. The range is organised in five-year increments: Over 5 Years Old, Over 10 Years Old, etc. The labels in the range are created by a different artist each year, hence its name. A limited edition of 205 bottles.
