Distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2026, this Ben Nevis aged for 29 years in a refill Oloroso sherry cask. This limited edition of 436 bottles is offered at 48.9% ABV. It marries the richness of an old sherry, which gives it a beautiful mahogany color, with the cult character of the distillery in the 90s: a textured, slightly waxy profile, marked by superb notes of tropical fruits.

Nose : The Oloroso influence is immediate with leather, polished wood, and dark fruits (honey, walnuts). Captivating notes of beeswax polish, cinnamon sugar, and a delicate vegetal hint are then revealed.

Palate : Very complex. A splendid "rancio" character unfolds with notes of forest floor and tobacco leaf, before an explosion of concentrated tropical fruits (kiwi, papaya).

Overall : Long and lingering. It evolves on black tea, robust espresso, and a touch of spice (clove) supported by a distant echo of tropical fruits.
