Tasting notes

Nose : Rich, powerful. The empyreumatic first nose (rubber, turpentine) quickly moves into very fresh lemon, vanilla and exotic (pineapple) tones. Allowed to breathe, the medicinal and camphoric palette reveals notes of rubber that develop at their own pace.

Appearance : Jaune doré soutenu.

Palate : Rich, powerful. The empyreumatic first nose (rubber, turpentine) quickly moves into very fresh lemon, vanilla and exotic (pineapple) tones. Allowed to breathe, the medicinal and camphoric palette reveals notes of rubber that develop at their own pace.

Overall : Long, concentrated. Staying close to the cane sugar, the start of the finish becomes exotic (pineapple, kaffir lime) and liquorice. In the after-taste, floral notes (geranium, iris, lily) are coated in delicious acacia honey. The end of the finish is powdery (rice), vegetal and slightly aniseedy.
