For the first time, L'Encantada is offering a Cask Strenght young Armagnac, sublimated by ageing in barrels for 7 years. A blend of black oak from Gascony, then matured in oak from the Limousin region. The pedunculate oak brings depth, while the sessile oak brings deliciousness.
This young armagnac seduces with its aromatic freshness, imbued with fruity aromas of citrus fruit and quince with light balsamic notes. Rich, intense and with a pleasant length, it will also delight connoisseurs of rum or other gourmet spirits.

Tasting notes
Nose : Fruity and seductive. Citrus notes dominate the first nose before evolving into gourmand notes reminiscent of a quince jelly tart just out of the oven. An attractive nose, like a fine appetiser.
Palate : Velvety and elegant. Initially bursting with candied fruit, it evolves on saline notes that evoke salted butter caramel and fresh butter. In retro-olfaction, pleasant notes of pastry, bitter almonds and spices emerge.
Overall : Long and evolving. A hint of roasting meets fresh grape notes and perfectly integrated oaky nuances.
