GRAND PARIS Pêche Sous-Marine Unitaire

Pêche Sous-Marine is a Göse, a tangy, milky style of German origin, part of the Sour Beers family, traditionally enhanced with coriander and salt. This original creation, conceived and produced at the Brasserie du Grand Paris with the founders of the Parisian beer bars Octopussy and Nautilus, contains white peach puree. The latter was added at the end of fermentation to give this Göse its yellow-orange colour and fruity, thirst-quenching character, enhanced by coriander and Guérande salt. A lovely, refreshing beer, perfect for accompanying seafood and yellow fruit salads this summer.
