BLAIR ATHOL 8 ans 2013 Signatory Vintage

Created in 1798 by John Stewart and Robert Robertson, the Blair Athol distillery is located in Pitlochry in the Highlands. It was originally named Aldour Distillery, in reference to the river Allt Adour which is located nearby and feeds its production. Bringing together single malts and single grains bottled at their natural strength, the Cask Strength Collection is arguably one of Signatory Vintage's most iconic ranges. Each whisky is bottled without reduction, colouring or chill filtration and is usually from a single cask. Signatory Vintage chooses to be transparent and indicates on the labels all the details of the production: distillery, region, distillation and bottling date, type of cask used and number of bottles produced.
