This expression is double cask aged, matured entirely in two types of carefully hand-selected sherry casks: Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez (PX). It is made from 100% first-fill casks and bottled at cask strength, without chill filtration. Each cask is chosen for its exceptional quality and aromatic profile, guaranteeing an unparalleled sensory experience.
Nose : Juicy red apples, blackberries, raisins, caramel wafers, demerara sugar, cinnamon, and a hint of fresh ginger.
Palate : Blackcurrants, spicy pears, vanilla caramel, soft dates, raisins, oak spices, and star anise.
