Soft Power is a silky blonde New England India Pale Ale, bursting with luscious floral and citrus flavours (orange, lime, grapefruit) derived from the cold hopping of American (Amarillo and Ahtanum) and New Zealand (Motueka) hops. Intensely hopped with little bitterness, Soft Power lives up to its name: a gentle way of reconciling those who are resistant to the classic bitter and resinous IPAs, and introducing them to the infinite variations of malt and hops with subtlety and emotion.
