Description
Highland Park Cask Strength No3 is a cask strength whisky: the whisky is drawn from the cask, not chill-filtered or reduced, and is presented in its purest form. This method gives our single malt a robust and intense flavour, with great depth on the finish.
Batch 3, the latest edition of the Cask Strength series, has a stronger smoky flavour than previous editions due to a higher proportion of Orkney peated malt. This single malt has been aged mainly in American and European first-fill sherry casks, with a small amount of second-fill casks.
Annual batch production for a limited release each year.
