Nose : Rich and fine at the same time, it is marked by oloroso sherry wine and its developments: notes of mushroom, raisins, walnut liqueur, all enhanced by a fresh herbaceousness. It evolves on rancio, cherries and rustic impressions. Remarkable.

Appearance : un beau cuivre patiné, parcouru de reflets dorés.

Palate : Full-bodied and powerful, strongly marked by sherry. It reveals notes of chocolate, dried fruit (dates, figs) and prunes, then becomes more and more coffee, orange and spices (cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon) with each sip. Rancio crowns the whole.
