This E. H. Taylor cuvée is a blend of a small number of casks aged in the Buffalo Trace distillery's cellars. The nose is marked by notes of dried corn, maple wood, spicy candy and spearmint, the palate is spicy, revealing notes of candy and, on the finish, tea honey and liquorice.
