Mojito Recipe

The mojito is a star cocktail par excellence, but it requires a certain amount of care in its preparation and in the choice of ingredients.

 

INGREDIENTS

• 4.5 cl of rum
• 2 cl of lime
• 9 cl of sparkling water
• 10 mint leaves
• 2 tsp of powdered sugar

TO MAKE
Muddle the mint at the bottom of the glass with the sugar and lemon juice, then add the ice cubes and rum before mixing. Finally, top off with sparkling water and garnish with a mint brown. Our Golden Promise bartender recommends the aromatic power of Worthy Park Jamaican rum.
