Nose : Rich, unctuous. The particularly fruity first nose (cherry, blackcurrant) is captivatingly original. Allowed to breathe,vesou notes develop with elegance. Fragrances of flowering sugar cane then arise gradually.

Palate : Refined, distinguished. The peppery attack is unshakingly serene. On the mid-palate, heady florals (geranium, carnation) rival the intensity of delicious white fruit (pear, Mirabelle plum) and fresh cane juice flavours. The end of the palate is softened by hot cane sugar.

Overall : Long, fleshy. Continuing on perfectly from the palate, the finish is equipped with a lovely fibrous texture (cane). The ethereal and subtle after-taste is flooded with the mentholated imprint of fresh cane juice. The end of the finish and retro-nasal olfaction emphasize the flavour palette’s medicinal character (ointment).
