Considered a jewel of American terroir, it is made from 90% High rye (74% rye, 11% corn, 15% malted barley), and 10% Low Rye (51% rye, 34% corn and 15% malted barley). It is bottled Cask Strength and without any filtration. It is of unusual depth and complexity for a bourbon.
