Beautifully herbaceous (clover, green tea), the mid-palate is also roasted (praline) and fruity (raspberry, pear). The empyreumatic (apricot stone, thuja) finish is deliciously vanilla and almost chocolatey. A veritable symphony of spices (pepper, ginger, coriander), the retronasal olfaction is also fruity (lemon, pear) and delicately liquorice.
