FOURSQUARE Convocation

In 1995, Richard Seale fulfilled his family's dream by building the Foursquare distillery on the site of a former 18th-century sugar mill. Since then, the distillery has established itself as a benchmark for molasses rum, produced in limited editions, often double-aged and blended from pot still and column still distillates. Distillation is carried out using a triple Coffey column still, which can operate under vacuum to preserve aromas, and a pot still equipped with a column, two retorts and condensers, offering great aromatic richness. Foursquare Convocation, the 28th edition of the Exceptional Cask Selection series, is a blend of rums distilled in double retort copper pot stills and double continuous column stills at the Foursquare distillery.
