Guy and Anne-Marie Le Lay, founders of the Distillerie des Menhirs, formed a friendship with the Capitain-Gagnerot family of Ladoix-Serrigny—deeply rooted for centuries in this vineyard blessed by nature, attuned in their very being to its slightest variations. Each of its unique slopes, shaped by soil texture and ideal exposure, yields sumptuous wines, elevated by the expert hands of seasoned winemakers. Just like this Corton Grand Cru, born of the “climat” Les Maréchaudes, whose casks are set to infuse EDDU whisky with their precious aromatic compounds.
