The Pedro Ximénez, a nectar from Andalusia, is the richest and sweetest of sherries. This single malt celebrates absolute indulgence, balanced by the liveliness of the Breton climate.
Nose : Rich. Very ripe grapes (currants), dried figs, caramelized pecans, and spices (cardamom).
Appearance : Ambrée aux reflets dorées.
Palate : Rich and sweet. Honey, orange, dried apricot, cocoa, and candied ginger.
Overall : Sweet and persistent. Dried fig and cocoa.
