Palo Cortado is the rarest and most mysterious of sherries. This single malt captures the full complexity of this exceptional cask, enhanced by the Breton maritime climate.
Nose : Vif. Arômes compotés (litchi, abricot, pâte de coing) avec une légère note de citron.
Appearance : Ambrée, aux reflets dorés
Palate : Rich. Ripe fruit (banana) with hints of spice (pepper, cinnamon), aromas of raisins and honey.
Overall : Warm. Slightly salty, with hints of flambéed banana.
