Fino is the freshest and most delicate of sherries. This single malt reveals a natural alchemy between the salinity of Fino and the sea air of the Breton coast. An airy expression of rare elegance.
Nose : Fresh and lively, with notes of orange peel, slightly vegetal (thyme), and toasted sesame seeds.
Appearance : Ambrée aux reflets dorés
Palate : Fresh, fresh mango, fresh ginger, citrus fruits (preserved lemon), and a hint of balsamic vinegar.
Overall : Warm, with notes of quince and tobacco.
