At once exotic (mango, persimmon), empyreumatic (apricot kernel), almost tarry chocolatey, herbaceous (pipe tobacco), and medicinal (tiger balm, arnica), the aromatic palette is impressive in its voluptuousness and depth. With aeration, it becomes increasingly balsamic (pine, cypress) and oxidative (brandied cherry).

Appearance : cuivre orangé.

Palate : lively, invigorating. With a delicate texture (peach skin, cocoa bean), the flavor palette reveals delicious notes of marmalade, apricot jam, and praline that gradually coat the palate. Flavors of carrot cake confirm this gourmet evolution.

Overall : full-bodied, airy. Silky, the finish oscillates between candied ginger, cocoa powder, pecan, and toffee. Equally delicious, the retro-nasal olfaction is marked by sweet nougatine flavors.
